Both sets of conference papers are presently available as WIDER Discussion Papers. The next two conferences will focus on Africa and Latin America, respectively. The African conference is scheduled for December 1 and 2, 2005 in Johannesburg and will be under the auspices of WIDER in collaboration with TIPS, DPRU and AERC.
