I am very involved with Santosha Yoga Center not only as a
practitioner but as a teacher.
Yoga is the practice of my life. When making a home page there are many things to consider - in terms of content, the name itself is daunting - 'home'...is where you hang your heart?...small home big heart?...no place like...In all cases the implication is that home is related to where you feel most comfortable. For me feeling at home involves connecting seemingly disparate interests to create a cohesive biography - a life story. Below I provide some links that are pieces of my story.
